Available exclusively to Connect Care Plus and Pro members.
Includes:
• Unlimited remote support during business hours
• Maximum of 1 session per day, up to 5 sessions per week
• Scheduled support (not emergency on-demand access)
Session length based on membership tier:
• Plus members: Up to 25 minutes per session
• Pro members: Up to 30 minutes per session
Remote sessions may be used as either phone or video support.
All remote support (phone and video) is provided during standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
