Comprehensive coverage for larger homes or multiple devices.
Includes:
• 6 In-Home Visits (up to 1 hour each)
• 16 Remote Support Sessions per year
(Up to 30 minutes per session, during business hours)
• Priority scheduling
Remote sessions may be used as either:
• Phone support
• Video conferencing support
Sessions are capped at 16 total per year.
All remote support (phone and video) is provided during standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Additional Services:
• In-Home Support: $75/hour
• Additional Remote Session: $60 (30 minutes)
