• 10 Phone Support Calls per year

  (Up to 20 minutes per call, during business hours)

Video support is not included in this plan.

All remote support (phone and video) is provided during standard business hours:  Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).

Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Additional Services:

• In-Home Support: $75/hour

• Additional Phone Call: $40 (20 minutes)

• Video Session: $60 (25 minutes)

Best for light users who want someone dependable to call.
